Shipping policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders are cash on delivery. After you place an order we will call or message you on the number you provided to confirm it before dispatch. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours across three attempts, the order is cancelled and released back into stock.

Please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable. This is the most common reason an order is delayed.

DISPATCH

Confirmed orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during a sale or a public holiday may take longer, and we will say so on the website when that is the case.

DELIVERY TIMES

We deliver across Pakistan. We choose a courier for each order based on your location and the delivery type, normally TCS, Leopards or M&P. Once dispatched, expect delivery in 2–3 working days to major cities and 3–5 working days elsewhere. These are the courier’s estimates, not guarantees, and weather or local disruption can extend them.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order. [If you offer free delivery above a certain order value, state the threshold here. Otherwise delete this sentence.]

PAYING ON DELIVERY

Please have the exact order total ready in cash. The courier collects payment at the door and cannot process card payments or give change for large notes. You may inspect the parcel’s exterior before paying, but parcels may only be opened after payment is made.

TRACKING

We send a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel is collected by the courier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.

MISSED DELIVERIES

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled. Contact us if you need to change your delivery address or reschedule, and we will pass it on where the parcel has not yet gone out for delivery.
