You can check the parcel’s condition from the outside, but it can only be opened after payment. If anything is wrong once you open it, photograph it and message us within 48 hours and we will sort it out.

Check the number on your order is correct and reachable. We try three times over 48 hours; if we cannot reach you, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released.

Our abayas are cut generously. Check the size guide for measurements, and if you are between sizes, size down for a closer fit or stay with your usual size for more room.

Yes, within 14 days. The quickest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order so your replacement is not waiting on the return. Tell us when you request it and we will hold the size where we can.

By bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, to an account in the name of whoever placed the order. We ask for those details once the return reaches us and passes inspection, then pay within 7 working days.

We do, if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. You do, if you changed your mind or the size was wrong.

Only if the packaging is unopened. Once opened we cannot accept them back for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty.

Close, but screens vary and dye lots shift slightly between runs. If a piece is materially different from its photograph, treat it as faulty and contact us.

It varies by piece, and every product page lists exactly what is in the box under Set includes. Most of our abayas come with a matching hijab; many also include an inner, a belt or a scrunchie.
