- When you contact us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
- If you subscribe: your email address.

We do not collect or store card or bank details. All orders are paid in cash on delivery, so no payment information passes through this website.

WHY WE USE IT

- To confirm, pack and deliver your order
- To call or message you about an order, including the confirmation call before dispatch
- To process returns and pay refunds
- To send marketing messages, where you have asked to receive them
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Courier companies such as TCS, Leopards and M&P. We choose one per order, and it receives your name, address and phone number in order to deliver your parcel and collect payment.
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as email or analytics tools, only to the extent they need it.
- Authorities, where we are required by law to disclose information.

We do not sell your personal information.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email modestybytayyaba@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by replying STOP to a marketing SMS. This does not stop messages about an order you have placed.
