ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only once we confirm your order by phone or message and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where pricing is clearly wrong, or where we cannot reach you to confirm.

PRICING

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.

PAYMENT

We accept cash on delivery only. Payment is collected by the courier when your parcel is delivered. Please have the exact amount ready.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens and fabric dye lots vary slightly between production runs. Measurements are given as a guide and may vary by up to an inch. If an item is materially different from its description, treat it as faulty and contact us.

RETURNS

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

USING THIS WEBSITE

All content on this site — photographs, text, designs and logos — belongs to Modesty By Tayyaba. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or use it unlawfully.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
